ns1.hostprogressive.com & ns2.hostprogressive.com
The first step is to pick out the plan that's right for you and follow the 'Order now' link. Once that is done you'll receive an email instructing you to change the DNS servers for your domain (see above). While that is happening, we'll be setting up your domain hosting on our servers, and you'll get more information about your account that will allow you to begin transferring files from your old hosting provider to Progressive Networks.
Most people use FTP to transfer their files and the phpMyAdmin import features to import their MySQL data. If you need assistance switching your domain, please feel free to contact us or file a support ticket through the Account Manager! Typically, switching your domain to Progressive Networks takes under a day, depending on who you registered your domain name with.
Typically, this is because the DNS resolution for your domain is still 'propagating' across the Internet. Some DNS servers still 'think' your domain is at your old hosting provider, instead of at here at Progressive Networks. Depending who you used as a domain registrar (networksolutions.com, register.com, and godaddy.com are popular domain registrars), it can take up to 36 hours for all the other computers on the Internet to see your domain at its new location.
When using FTP to transfer files, use: www.<yourdomain.com> as the hostname to connect to, where <yourdomain.com> is the name of the domain you have hosted with us. (e.g. www.foobar.com).
The incoming POP3/IMAP mail servers are: mail.<yourdomain.com> as the hostname to connect to, where <yourdomain.com> is the name of the domain you have hosted with us (e.g. mail.foobar.com). For more general information about email configuration, please see our email configuration FAQ.
Log in to the Account Manager with your primary username/password and click on "Email Overview" for the appropriate domain on the left side of the page, then click on "Add Email Account" or "Delete Email Account". Currently, you can set up forwarding and mailbox email accounts.

Make sure you've uploaded your files to the appropriate directory within your account (e.g. www/foobar.com_html/) and that you're using www.<yourdomain.com> as the FTP hostname to connect to, where <yourdomain.com> is the name of the domain you have hosted with Progressive Networks. (e.g. www.foobar.com).
