For existing account holders, we offer a web based support ticket system that will give you speedy and direct contact with our administrators to help you resolve problems or answer questions regarding your services. Simply log in to the Account Manager and click on the "Your Support Tickets" link.
For your convenience, we keep local copies of documentation for some of the services we support. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn a new language seeking documentation, or a seasoned veteran in need of a quick reference, these documents provide an excellent resource.
We maintain a wide variety of Support Forums that are frequented by Progressive Networks administrators as well as other community members. Chances are the problem you're having has been solved by another member, and has already been answered by one of our administrators. Our community support forums are also a great source for information about upcoming services and events!

To join, use your favourite IRC program. One of the more popular ones for Windows is mIRC. Connect to the server using:
/server irc.hostprogressive.com or /server irc.openprojects.net
Once connected to the server, join the channel using:
/join #f2o
